A mr~~i~Rr ~( E'i, ~;~ G~!_ PA of 423 Newville Road, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct the payment of all my legal debts, burial expenses, including my grave marker, my federal estate and state inheritance taxes together with cost of administration of my estate, as soon as may be conveniently done following my decease leaving all specific bequests free of tax to the legatee. SECOND: I give and devise all my real estate lying and being situate in Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to my granddaughter, JoEllen Myers Gamble, if she survives me. If JoEllen Myers Gamble predeceases me, I give said real estate to my daughter, Bazbaza A. Myers. THIRD: I give and bequeath any and all certificates of Deposit, Individual Retirement Accowits, Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and savings accounts to my daughter, Bazbaza A. Myers, per stirpes. FOURTH: I give and bequeath to Barbara A. Myers, the following items: 28 piece luncheon set, purple dishes, plates, goblets, sherbets, creamers, sugars, farm picture above mantel, wedding ring and my diamond ring (high setting), pink ice necklace, walnut drop leaf table, double bed located upstairs, twin beds located in guest room, curly maple front dresser, quilt (grandmas white backed), kitchen table and six chairs, smoky topaz stone, silver wristwatch of grandma's, spoon rack that Curt made, floor lamp by green chair, blue cut glass bowls (2 in cupboazd), diamond necklace and matching earrings, blue tulip dishes, blankets, sheets, bedspreads, towels, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and all other household goods. FIFTH: I give and bequeath to Molly Myers the following items, silver "rain forest" anima] necklace and turtle earrings, amethyst ring, Noritake china (95 piece set), dark colored dresser located in guest room, dutch cupboard, demi-tasse cup collection and tray the cups set on, antique spoon holder (151 choice of three), cherry drop leaf table in living room. SIXTH: I give and bequeath to JoEllen Myers Gamble the following items; my garnet ring, 4-stone turquoise ring, maple dresser and matching maple ni~ht stand located in the bedroom, maple rocker, good silverware, antique spoon holder (2" choice of three), Erma's watch on a gold chain, small maple table located in living room, and the desk and chair located in the guestroom. SEVENTH: I give and bequeath to Lee Myers the following items; my music box (1S` pick of my two music boxes), blanket chest, old maple twin bed frames, night stand, and maple end tables. EIGHTH: I give and bequeath to Jeanne A. Heer the following items; 22 antique goblets, sailing ship picture, mother's diamond ring (low setting), black colored rocking chair, old spoons collection (no spoon rack), three German cutting pictures, antique blue canning jar collection, black antique teapot from Grandmother Ansley, eight cleaz dessert plates, Grandmother Stockwell's hand written diaries, amethyst necklace and earrings and the old floor lamp with four bulbs, and my Indian arrowhead collection. NINTH: I give and bequeath to Andrew Heer the following items; music box (2"a pick) and brass end table lamps in the living room, and twin cane seated chairs. TENTH: I give and bequeath to Kathleen Heer the following items; blue stone silver ring, smoky topaz stone, antique spoon holder (3`a pick of three), and low dresser in bedroom ELEVENTH: The rest and residue of my estate, be it real, mixed or personal, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Barbara A. Myers, if she survives me. If Bazbaza A. Myers does not survive me, I give my residuary estate to Molly Myers Gilbert. TWELFTH: T nominate and appoint my daughter, Barbara A. Myers, as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. If Barbara A.
