ments herein are made subject to the penalties of
18 Pa.C.S. § 4904 relating to unswom falsification to
authorities.

Inheritance Tax Return. Please date stamp the first page of th e return and a copy of the

Also enclosed is a check for the filing fee in the amount of $30.00 and a check for
the amount of tax due in the amount of $150.32.
