Enclosed please find an original Inventory and two original Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
Returns for the above-referenced estate, along with a check in the amount of $30.00 which
represents the filing fee for same. I have also enclosed two copies of the Inventory and Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return which I would ask you to date stamp and return to me in the enclosed
envelope. Also enclosed is a payment in the amount of $191.79 for the balance on account of
Pennsylvania inheritance tax due.
