AND NOW, this ~ day of May, 2012, upon consideration of Petitioner's Motion
for Continuance and Approval of Consolidation, it is ORDERED and DECREED that
said Motion is GRANTED. The hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on May 10, 2012, in the
above-captioned matters is continued generally. A further request to conduct a hearing
in the above-captioned matters shall be initiated by the filing of a new petition by
Petitioner. The Orders issued by the Court in these matters on April 3, 2012, and April
17, 2012, to the extent not specifically superseded by this Order, remain in effect
pending further Order of Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned matters are hereby
consolidated. The action docketed at No. 21-12-398, the action docketed at No. 21-12-
399, and the action docketed at No. 21-11-842 are hereby CONSOLIDATED under No.
21-11-842. All further filings shall be under this action. Consolidation shall not prejudice
any pre-existing rights of the parties.
