I, GLENN R. STEWART, of 928 Baltimore Road, Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17257, being of sound mind and memory, do
make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
declaring null and void any and all wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST: 1 direct my Executors to pay any debts which I may owe
which are not barred by the statute of limitations and are considered just by my
Executors, the expenses of my last illness, and my funeral expenses.
SECOND: I give and bequeath my genealogy records to The
Shippensburg Historical Society.
THIRD: I give to my wife, Sara A. Stewart, the right to reside in my
home at 928 Baltimore Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, for and during her
lifetime or for so long as she desires to live there. My wife, Sara A. Stewart, shall
be responsible for paying the taxes, the utilities, and the day-to-day upkeep of
the home.
Shouid my wifie, Sara A. Stewart, fail to reside in the home
for a continual period of six ((i) months or should she die or remarry, her right to
reside in the property shall terminate and the house shall be sold.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue ~d ='

A. Fifty (50%) Percent thereof to Orrstown Bank IN TRUST
for the benefit of my wife, Sara A. Stewart, under the following provisions:
1. The Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest
the principal of the trust and pay the net income therefrom, in at least quarter-
annual installments, to my wife, Sara A. Stewart, for and during her lifetime,
together with so much of the principai thereof, as is necessary, in the sole
discretion of the Trustee, for her health, maintenance and support, after taking
into account her other readily-available assets and sources of income.
2. Upon the death of my wife, Sara A. Stewart, or upon
her remarriage, whichever event should occur first, the Trustee shall terminate
the trust and distribute the remaining principal as follows:
a. Twenty-five (25%) Percent thereof in equal
shares to the children of my wife, Sara A. Stewart, namely Tirciothy Burgoyne,
Judy B. George, Diana Simonds, and Michelle Bronchetti, or the survivor of
them, surviving me.
b. The remaining Seventy-five (75°f°) Percent
thereof shall be distributed in equal shares to my children who are then surviving,
William A. Stewart and Glenda Louise Stewart.
Should either of my children not be then
surviving, his or her share shall be distributed to his or her issue, per stirpes, then
surviving.

3. While in the hands of the Trustee, neither the principal
nor the income of any trust shall be liable for the debts of any beneficiary
hereunder, nor shall the same be subject to seizure or attachment by any creditor
of any beneficiary under any writ or proceeding at law or in equity; and no
beneficiary hereunder shall have any power to sell, assign, encumber, or in any
manner to anticipate or dispose of his or her interest in the trust, or in the income
produced thereby.
B. The remaining Fifty (50%) Percent thereof to my children
who survive me, William A. Stewart and Glenda Louise Stewart.
Should either of my children fail to survive me, his or her
share shall be distributed to his or her issue, per stirpes, surviving me.
FIFTH: I direct my Executors to pay out of the residue of my estate,
all federal estate, state inheritance, estate and succession taxes imposed upon
or with respect to my estate or any property in which I may have an interest,
including any property net forming a part of my testamentary estate, but included
in my gross estate for tax purposes, in such manner as my Executors, in their
sole discretion, shall deem advisable; and no such taxes or any portion thereof
so paid shall be collected from or paid by any other person, persons, or
corporations by way of reimbursement, proration, apportionment or otherwise.

SIXTH: I name and appoint my wife, Sara A. Stewart, and my son,
William A. Stewart, Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament.
I direct that my Executors shall not be required to post bond
for the faithful performance of their duties in this or in any other jurisdiction.
