been presented in open Court, upon consideration hereof and on motion of Christa M. Aplin
Esquire, Counsel for the Petitioner, it is ORDERED and DECREED that a Citation be awarded,
directed to BRYAN K. CHRIST to show cause why he should not be adjudged an incapacitated
person and a plenary guardian of his person be appointed, returnable a

Court and a copy of the foregoing petition together with an explanation of the content and terms
of the petition; and at least days' written notice of the petition and hearing shall also be
