MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
Snelbaker & Brenneman, P. C. submits this Motion to Make Rule Absolute and in
support thereof states the following:
1. On April 20, 2012 Petitioner Snelbaker & Brenneman, P. C. filed a Petition For Leave
to Withdraw as Counsel (the "Petition")
2. A copy of the Petition was served upon Respondent, the Executrix of the Estate of
David R. Horn.
3. As a result of the filing of the Petition, by Order dated April 23, 2012 this Court issued
a Rule upon the Executrix of the Estate of David R. Horn to show cause, if any she should have,
why the relief requested in the Petition should not be granted.
4. On April 24, 2012 the Petitioner served a copy of the Order dated April 23, 2012 upon
Respondent by first class mail, postage prepaid, in accordance with the Order of April 23, 2012.
5. More than twenty days has elapsed since the service of the Order upon Respondent

and Respondent has failed to file a response to the Petition and Rule.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests this Court to make absolute its Rule issued April 23,

2012 and to permit Petitioner to withdraw as counsel for the Estate of David R. Horn and Kelly
F. Stanley, Executrix.
