DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 8th day of May, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Sandra LeAnna H. Bowman, by and through her attorney, Debra K. Wallet, Esquire, for the
above decedent and the instruments offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated
December 29, 2009, and the Codicil, dated September 14, 2010, and the Codicil containing certain
modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official
determination regarding those modifications and renders the following decision:
[T IS DECREED that the instruments are admitted to probate as The Last Will anal Testament
and. Codicil of Thomas; O. Hendry aka Thomas Owen Hendry as originally written. The writing which
appears after the signature of the testator on the Codicil is not admitted to probate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Sandra LeAnne H.
Bowman. Sandra LeArme H. Bowman shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws
of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
