3. A separate form of Statement of Proposed Distribution for each
Account (2 copies);
4. Petition for Adjudication/Statement of Proposed Distribution pursuant
to Pa. O.C. Rule 6.9;
5. Certificate of Notice pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 6.3-1;

and Final Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company of the Harold
Finegold Revocable Inter Vivos Trust pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. § 7799.1.
