CERTIFICATE OF NOTICE
Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 6.3-1
I, TODD F. TRUNTZ, do hereby certify that written notice of the filing of the
First and Final Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company of the
Harold Finegold Revocable Inter Vivos Trust u/a dated 2/27/1995, as amended
5/9/1997, 10/7/2002 and 11/10/2004, and the First and Final Account of
Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company of the Estate of Harold Finegold, as
annexed thereto pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. § 7799.1, and of the date, time and place
when the same will be presented to the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County for confirmation and of the last day to file
written objections to the Accounts and Proposed Statements of Distribution has
been given to every unpaid claimant and to every other person known to the
account to have or claim an interest in the Trust as creditor, beneficiary, heir or
next of kin, including the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
with regard to charitable beneficiaries, on May 15, 2012, being at least twenty (20)
days prior to the date fixed therefore, in accordance with Section 3503 of the
Pennsylvania Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
