is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with

For the erection of a ranch style single family home on premises more fully describe d in the-
attached legal description.
Now, May 11, 2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Donald T. Traube and Sharon
M. Matter to the said Wayne S. Lesher IV Compan n to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said
contract with Donald T. Traube and Sharon M. Matter names and the further consideration
of one Dollar, to Wayne S. Lesher IV Compan y, paid by Donald T. Traube and Sharon M.
Matter, is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, or by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor,
or materials purchased, extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
Witness our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN tracts of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NO. 1:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the public road leading to Bryson's Bridge, said
point being 116.2 feet westwardly from an iron pin in the intersection of the center line oil'
said public road with the center line of the public road leading to Sporting Hill; thence
along the line of land now or formerly of William E. Baum and Catherine G. Baum, his
wife, southwardly 305 feet to a point; thence along the line of land now or formerly of
Henry Rauch North 49 degrees 30 minutes West 39.5 feet to a locust tree; thence along
the same North 72 degrees 30 minutes West 71.5 feet to an iron pin; thence along other
land now or formerly of E. A. Clawser North 4 degrees 45 minutes East 197 feet to a
point in the center line of the public road leading to Bryson's Bridge; thence along the
center line of the said public road North 68 degrees East 150 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
TRACT NO. 2:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the public road leading to Bryson's Bridge, said
point being 266.2 feet westwardly from an iron pin in the intersection of the center of
said public road with the center line of the public road leading to Sporting Hill; thence
along the line of land now or formerly of William E. Baum and Catherine G. Baum, his
wife, South 4 degrees 45 minutes West 197 feet to an iron pin; thence along the line of
land now or formerly of Henry Rauch North 72 degrees 30 minutes West 100 feet to an
iron pin; thence along the line of land now or formerly of William E. Baum and
Catherine G. Baum, his wife, North 8 degrees 25 minutes East 131.2 feet to a point in the
center line of the public road leading to Bryson's Bridge; thence along the center line of
said public road North 68 degrees East 100 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Ronald L. Campbell and Naoma Jane
Campbell, husband and wife, conveyed unto Donald Traube and Sharon Matter, single
persons by deed dated April 26, 2011 and recorded April 26, 2011. in the Recorder's
Office in and for Cumberland County, Pa. in Instrument #201112213.
