MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Harry C. Gandy and
Sarah J. Gandy, 5616 Ridgerock Road, Fort Worth, TX 76132.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 55 Cavalry Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P. S. 7101 et seq. Q ?a\ ?A 0 P(j

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees pursuant to an agreement between the
parties against the above-described properties in the amount of $762.74, plus any additional fees
incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

BETWEEN ROBERT E. CLOUSE, individual, of 1974 Fry Loop Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "GRANTOR",
AND HARRY C. GANDY, of 142 West Penn Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "GRANTEE":
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of Eoffly Three Thousand and 00/100 ($83,000.00) Dollars, in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey
to the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the Eastern line of Cavalry Road and the

Harriet Acres, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
in Plan Book 2, Page 100.
BEING Improved with a one story dwelling house known as No. 55 Cavalry Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Ruth L. Clouse, widow, and Robert E. Clouse, her
son, by their Deed dated August 16, 1994, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County, in Deed Book 110, Page 296, granted and conveyed unto Robert E.
Clouse, individual, Grantor herein.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that he will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed.
