IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA 2012 - 309 t MLD TERM 2 The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Justin M. Holliday and Katee L. Howell, 127 Edgewater Way, Yuba City, CA. 3 A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 39 Faith Circle, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.
