AND NOW, this ~~ day of Mav, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Daniel E. Hooks and Karey M.
Claar will apply on September 27`" or 28`", 2012 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provision:a concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
