I, OLLIE LUCILLE TAYLOR, a resident of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST
WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and
Codicils previously made by me.
I
i declare that I am married to ROBERT D. TAYLOR, and that I
have one (1) son, ROBERT D. TAYLOR, JR.
II
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be
paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
decease.
III
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.
IV
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, whether real or
personal, wherever situate, including any property over which I
may have a power of appointment to my husband, :ROBERT, provided
that he survives me by thirty (30) days.
V
If my husband, ROBERT, shall predecease or fail to survive me
by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my
property, whether real or personal, wherever situate, including
any property over which I may have a power of appointment, to my
son, ROBERT D. TAYLOR, JR.
VI
If my husband, ROBERT, and my son, ROBERT, shall predecease
or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, and if my son is
married at his death to and residing with my daughter-in-law,

BRENDA KAY TAYLOR, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
whether real or personal, wherever situate, including any property
over which I may have a power of appointment, to my daughter-in-
law, BRENDA KAY TAYLOR.

If my husband, ROBERT, my son, ROBERT, and my daughter-in-
law, BRENDA KAY TAYLOR, shall predecease or fail to survive me by
thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
whether real or personal, wherever situate, including any property
over which I may have a power of appointment, to my grandchildren,
MICHAEL LEE TAYLOR and KRISTY LYN TAYLOR, in equal shares, per
stirpes.
VIII
I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, ROBERT D.
TAYLOR, as Executor of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond. If
my husband is unable or unwilling to act in that capacity, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint my son, ROBERT D. '.TAYLOR, JR., as
Executor of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond. If my son is
unable or unwilling to act in that capacity and if he is married
at his death to and residing with my daughter-in-law, BRENDA KAY
TAYLOR, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter-in-
law, BRENDA KAY TAYLOR, as Executrix of this LAST WILL, to serve
without bond.
