ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 11th day of May, 2012, upon
consideration of the foregoing petition and after a brief
status conference in this matter in which Susan Hartman,
Esquire, representing Geoffrey S. Yuda, Executor of the
Estate of Sara D. Strong, did present evidence of her
attempts to contact David Strong, and David Strong having
failed to appear for the status conference and not
responding to Susan Hartman, this Court hereby orders that
Geoffrey S. Yuda shall have full power and authority as
Executor of the Estate of Sara D. Strong to take possession
of the premises located at 405 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, and to collect from David M. Strong and the
occupants of the property any rent paid to date and any rent
currently due and owing and to market and sell the premises.
The occupants of 405 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle
Pennsylvania, shall vacate the premises within 30c31ays of~,
