PRELIMINARY DECREE GRANTING RULE TD SHOW CAUSE
AND NOW, this c'uAt"day of 1' , 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for
Rule to Show Cause Why An Account Should Not be Filed, as presented by Betty J. Gingrich, it
is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that a Rule be awarded and directed to Douglas C.
Young, Executor of the Estate of Arthur H. Lentz, Deceased, care of his counsel of record,
Susan J. Smith, to show cause why he should not file an Account of his administration of the
Estate of Arthur H. Lentz, Deceased, within twenty {20) days.
A true and correct copy of this Preliminary Decree shall suffice for the issuance of a rule.
Counsel for Petitioner shall serve the Executor by certified mail, postage prepaid, at the address
of his counsel of record, Susan J. Smith, as indicated on the records of the Court.
