AND NOW, this 23~d day of May, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for
Appointment of Successor Trustee,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. A Rule is issued upon the Drexel University School of Medicine and the American
Red Cross of the Susquehanna Valley to show cause why the relief requested should not be
granted;
2. The Parties will file an answer on or before June 14, 2012;
3. If no answer to the Rule to Show cause is filed by the required date, the relief
requested by Petitioner shall be granted upon the Court's receipt of a Motion requesting Rule be
made Absolute. If the Parties file an answer to this Rule to Show Cause, the Court will
determine if further Order or hearing is necessary.
4. A copy of this Rule to Show Cause shall be served upon Drexel University School of
Medicine and the American Red Cross of the Susquehanna Valley by the Petitioner by mail in
accordance with Rule 403 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.
