of a copy of the Citation and Petition, along with a copy of the Hearing Rescheduled Order of
Court, a copy of which is attached, was made on BRYAN K. CHRIST, by reading a copy of it to
him on May 22, 2012, at 3:27 p.m. at 513 Park Hills Drive, Mechanicsburg Penns l
17055. I read the Petition and Citation along with the Hearing Rescheduled Order of Court to
BRYAN K. CHRIST, the alleged incapacitated person, and then explained the documents to
