RECEIPT AND RELEASE "' ~,
KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS that I, Judith S. Brodovicz, an adult
individual and legatee of Helen H. Benedum, deceased, hereby acknowledge that I have
received of and from Judith S. Brodovicz, Barbara B. Rowe and Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Co-
Executors for the Estate of Helen H. Benedum, deceased, the sum of $1.00 and other
good and valuable considerations in full satisfaction of my share of the above Estate in
accordance with Item Fifth B. of the Last Will and Testament of the said Helen H.
Benedum which section sets forth as follows:
"ITEM FIFTH: I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and
remainder of my estate, be it real, personal, and mixed, of whatever nature and
wheresoever the same may be situate, as follows:
B. The balance thereof in equal shares to my daughters,
JUDITH S. BRODOVICZ and BARBARA B. ROWE. Should my daughter
JUDITH S. BRODOVICZ predecease me or not be living at my death, I then
direct that the assets herein referred to be distributed to'my daughter,
BARBARA B. ROWE. Should my daughter BARBARA B. ROWE
predecease me or not be living at my death, I give, devise and bequeath her
share to her children in equal shares per capita."
The sums received are in full satisfaction of all sum or sums of money, share or shares,
purports and dividends which were due, owing, payable and belonging to me, by any
means whatsoever, for or on account of my share, part or dividend of the real, personal
and mixed Estate of the said Helen H. Benedum, deceased.
AND THEREFORE, I, the said Judith S. Brodovocz, do by these presents, release,
remise, quitclaim and foreverdischarge the said Judith S. Brodovicz, Barbara B. Rowe and
Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Co-Executors, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and
assigns of and from the full distributive share, purport, dividend and interest of the
aforesaid Estate, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,
claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter,
cause, or thing whatsoever, to the day of the date of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound, I have hereunto set
