AND NOW comes Paula V. Heckman, Executrix of the Estate of William G. Wert,
deceased, through her attorney, Andrew H. Shaw, Esquire, and avers as follows:
1. On or about December 20, 201 1, Petitioner filed a Petition For Settlement of
Small Estate.
2. On or about December 21, 2011, the Honorable M.L. Ebert, Jr. issued an Order
directing creditors to file an Answer to the Petition on or before January 11, 2012. A copy of the
Order is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as "Exhibit A."
3. To date, no creditors have filed an answer.
4. The time permitted by the Court in its Order, attached as Exhibit A, has expired.
5. Pursuant to the Court's Order, "the relief requested by Petitioner shall be granted
upon the Court's receipt of a Motion requesting Rule be made Absolute."

WHEREFORE, Counsel requests this Honorable Court to enter an Order making the
Court's Order dated December 21, 2011 be made absolute, thereby granting Petitioner's Petition
For Settlement of Small Estate.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that,
1. A rule is issued upon all creditors listed herein to show cause why the petitioner is not
entitled to the relief requested;
2. Said Answer shall be filed on or before ~ ~ , ~'~ /~ ;
3. The Register of Wilis is directed to forward said Answer{s) to this Court;
4. If no answer to the Rule to Show Cause is filed by the required date, the relief requested
by Petitioner shall be granted upon the Court's receipt of a Motion requesting Rule be made
Absolute. If a creditor files an Answer to this Rule to Show Cause, the Court will determine if
argument, a hearing or further Order of Court is required.
