341-2753, claims this lien as a subcontractor.
2. The name and address of the Owner or Reputed Owner is Steven L. Fetter & Deborah K. Fetter, 1016 Harrisburg Pike,
Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. The date of (completion that labor, services, equipment or materials were last furnished for the project was February 9, 2012.
4. The Claimant contracted with Hughes Contracting, Inc., 1787 W. Trindle Rd., Ste. 801, Carlisle, PA 17015. Claimant gave a
Formal Notice Of Intention To File A Claim on April 23, 2012.
5. A description of the labor, services, equipment or materials furnished for the project is as follows: Building materials, related
materials and/or labor
6. The amount Claimant is due is $3,440.98.
7. The work of improvement at the property is described as follows: 1016 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17013 in the County of
Cumberland, APN: 29-19-1639-128..
A legal description of the Property follows: All that certain lot of ground situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in a plan of lots known as Marriet Acres, said plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for said Cumberland County in Plan Book 2, Page 100, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at o point on the north line of the State Highway Route No. 11, formerly Carlisle and Harrisburg Turnpike; thence
westerly along the north line of said Highway, 44.7 feet to a point; thence northerly along the dividing line of lot No. 2, 250 feet to
a point; thence easterly along lots Nos. 21 and 22, 44.7 feet to a point; thence southerly 250 feet to a point, the Place of
Beginning.
Being all of Lot No. 1 on said Plan.
