341-2753, claims this lien as a subcontractor.
2. The name and address of the Owner or Reputed Owner is Mark C. Spaseff & Susan M. Spaseff, 903 Eric Avenue,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. The date of'completion that labor, services, equipment or materials were last furnished for the project was January 26, 2012.
4. The Claimant contracted with Hughes Contracting, Inc., 1787 W. Trindle Rd., Ste. 801, Carlisle, PA 17015. Claimant gave a
Formal Notice'Of Intention To File A Claim on April 23, 2012.
5. A description of the labor, services, equipment or materials furnished for the project is as follows: Building materials, related
materials and/or labor
6. The amount Claimant is due is $4,531.58.
7. The work of improvement at the property is described as follows: 903 Eric Ave., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 in the County of
Cumberland, APN: 42-24-0791-152A.
A legal description of the Property follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West Side of Eric Avenue, at the Corner of Lot No. 14, as shown in the hereinafter-mentioned Plan
of Lots; thence along the West side of Eric Avenue, South twenty-six (26) degrees six (06) minutes thirty-three (33) seconds
East, a distanceof one hundred thirty-six and sixty-four one hundredths (136.64) feet to a concrete monument at the corner of
Lot No. 12; thence along Lot No. 12, South sixty-seven (67) degrees twenty-six (26) minutes twenty-two (22) seconds West, a
distance of two hundred twelve and forty-seven one-hundredths (212.47) feet to a point at the corner of Lot No. 12 and lands
now or formerly of Robert E. Fry; thence along said lands now or formerly of Robert E. Fry, south eighty (80) degrees two (02)
minutes ten (10) seconds West, one hundred fifty-five and eighty-eight one-hundredths (155.88) feet to a point at the corner of
lands now or formerly of Donald Gray, North nine (09) degrees thirty-two (32) minutes thirty-eight (38) seconds West, one
hundred five (105) feet to a point at the corner of Lot No. 14; thence along Lot No. 14, North sixty-seven (67) degrees twenty-five
(25) minutes thirty-two (32) seconds East, three hundred thirty-two and forty-nine one-hundredths (332.49) feet to a point on the
West side of rio Avenue, the Place of BEGINNING.
