DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 24th day of May, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Apryl L. Liebrum, by and through their attorney, Fredrick Farber, Esquire, for the above
decedent and the instruments offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated June 9,
2004, and containing certain modifications thereon, the handwritten document dated, July 31, 2009, and
a photocopy of the June 9, 2004, document which also contains modifications, the Register of Wills
having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those documents and
modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument, dated June 9, 2004, and the handwritten document, dated
July, 31, 2009, with only the provisions set forth in the Copy Fair, prepared by Fredrick Farber, Esquire,
counsel for the petitioner, are admitted to probate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Apryl L. Liebrum.
Apryl L. Liebrum shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
