PETITION TO BRING MATTER BEFORE COURT AND SCHEDULE FARING
AND NOW comes the petitioner, G. Patrick O'Connor, Esquire, and respectfully
represents as follows:
1. The Petitioner filed a Petition for Payment of Attorney Fees on December 21, 2011
demanding that Lee P. Stetler, Jr., the Executor of the above captioned estate make
payment of $2,475.00 for attorney time and services not covered by the initial retainer.
2. The Executor filed and served a Response to Petition for Payment of Attorney Fees
on or about January 13, 2012 .
3. The matter has not been resolved to date.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court to
bring this matter before the court and schedule this matter for hearing for a date after July
1, 2012.
