Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said
contractor, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for the
General Construction work located within Parcel l and Parcel 2 of land situate in the Borough of New
Cumberland, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania. Being the same premises which
Charles W. Naftzinger and Elizabeth A. Naftzinger, husband and wife, by Deed dated April 3, 1989
and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County on April 3, 1989, in Book W33, Page
333, conveyed unto David J. Naftzinger.
Now, Therefore, on May 30, 2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said contractor to
commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making
of the said contract with the said contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar paid to the
said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed
against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor
by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased or fin-nished in connection with the construction of the said project
or anv part thereof, the right to file such liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith.
