Stine, or in the event of his decease, to his wife, Carol Stine, or in the event of her decease to my grandchildren, Thomas Howard and Jenelle Troxel, in equal shares. C. One-third (1/3) thereof to my granddaughters, Jill R. Posey and Sarah J. Posey, in equal shares, or in the event of their decease, to their issue, per stirpes. THIRD: I order and direct my Co-Executors, hereinafter named, to pay all transfer inheritance, estate, succession, death and legacy taxes, to which my estate or the transfer of any property hereunder may be subject, and to chazge such taxes as part of the expense of administration, and to pay the same from my residuary estate. FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sons, Steven C. Stine and Frederick D. Stine, the Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I do direct that no bond shall be required of such Co-Executors hereunder.
