AND NOW, this `}h day of ~ ~~t , 2012, it appearing that the
Executrix of the above Estate has complied with the requirements of our order of February 24,
2012 by publishing the required notice in the Cumberland County Law Journal and in the
Carlisle Sentinel for three consecutive weeks, and it further appearing that no party has
contacted the Executrix, her counsel, or the Register of Wills in response to those notices, and in
reliance upon the statements and other information submitted in the Petition for Authorization to
Distribute Real Estate in Accordance with Will previously filed by the Executrix, it appears that
the Trust created by the Decedent during his lifetime was revoked by him during his lifetime.
Accordingly, we hereby order and decree as follows:
1. Rebecca E. Sherman, as Executrix of the Estate of Daniel R. Coldren,
deceased, is hereby authorized to convey the residence owned by the decedent at
the time of his death, being the residence located at 537 West Cumberland Road in
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Chet Cohick, in
compliance with Item 2 of the Will of the decedent, said Will being dated
November 1, 2007.
2. Counsel for the said Executrix is directed to provide a certified copy of
this order to Chet Cohick at the time that the Deed to the property is delivered to
him.
