JAMES KENNETH BEAVERSON
I, JAMES KENNETH BEAVERSON, of 476 Ricige Road, Fairview
Township, York County, Pennsylvania, being of ;sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other
wills and Codicils previously made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that payment of all my just debts,
expenses of my last illness, funeral expenses, and the costs of
administering my estate from my estate as soon after my death as
conveniently may be done.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, of every nature and wherever
situate, together with all insurance policies thereon, as follows:
A. I give and bequeath to Diane Zeider•s, my daughter, my
thatched cottage picture, small child's rocking chair, Partridge
antique plate, porcelain bread plate, seat of 6 glasses,
silver/glass flower vase and contents, silver wedding anniversary
picture album and stand, fruit bowl set with 5 dishes, one gold
rimmed royal wedding glass and the following pictures: large baby
picture of me, of young Doreen, of Mr. & Mrs. Rist, of Diane
Zeiders and family.

B. I give and bequeath to Kenneth E. Beaverson, my son,
metal motorcycle, all bar mugs, small glass be:Ll, one gold rimmed
royal wedding glass, 25 Year Anniversary Plate:, milk creamer and
the following pictures: of Ervin Annie and me, baby pictures of
Annie and of Kenneth Beaverson and family.
C. I give and bequeath to Kelli Beaverson Rudy, my
granddaughter all souvenir glasses not hereto fore bequeathed,
winter scene and thatched cottage pictures.
D. I give and bequeath to Alyssa Rudy, my great-
granddaughter, small gold clock and 50th Anniversary Plate by Sam
Butcher.
E. I give and bequeath to Guy E. Shelly Jr. Post 974
American Legion, New Cumberland, PA all American Legion Trophies
and history books.
F. I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and
remainder of my property as follows: 40$ to each Diane Zeiders, my
daughter and Kenneth E. Beaverson, my son, and i:he remaining 20g to
Kelli Beaverson Rudy, my granddaughter. If any of them predecease
me, his or her share to go equally to his ox' her children then
living and if not survived by any child then 'to the Survivors or
survivor of my two said children and granddaughter.
ITEM III: I hereby appoint said Diane Zeiders and Kenneth
E. Beaverson to be sole executors and if they refuse or are unable
to act for any reason then said Kelli Beaverson Rudy.
