IN RE: PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this iit" day of June 2012, upon review of the Petition for
Appointment of Guardian of the Person in the state of an alleged incapacitated person
counsel is appointed to represent the alleged incapacitated person, Daniel A. Shaffer.
The court appoints Mark F. Bayley, Esq. to represent the alleged incapacitated person in
these proceedings.
It is hereby Ordered and Directed that a hearing is scheduled for 2 August
2012, at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom Six, of the Cumberland County Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. A citation shall be issued to Daniel A. Shaffer adjudicated an
incapacitated person and to have Guardians appointed for his person and his estate.
Notice of the hearing shall be given to Daniel A. Shaffer in accordance with 20 P.S.
5511 (a) not less than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing.
