to Orphans Court Rule 6.12(a), submits this status report:
Arthur H. Lentz (Decedent) died testate on March 29, 201 1, leaving a Will dated July 10,
2009.
2. Decedent identified certain beneficiaries and made certain bequests in his Will.
3. Executor, Douglas C. Young, obtained Letters Testamentary from the Cumberland
County Register of Wills on April 2, 2011.
4. Executor has exercised due diligence in inventorying and valuing the assets of the Estate
and have made a determination that the Estate is without sufficient cash assets to pay claims against the
Estate.
5. Betty J. Gingrich, a named beneficiary, on May 15, 2012, filed with the Orphan's Court a
Petition for Rule to Show Cause;, No. 21-11-0422, in which she asserted that the Estate is solvent and pled
the distribution of the Truck.
6. Executor filed a Response to the Rule to Show Cause on June 1 ] , 2012.
7. The Estate asset having the single greatest value is the 2008 (2 wheel drive) Ford F-150,
appraised at $10,000, which was bequeathed to Betty J. Gingrich (Truck).
8. By Petition filed with the Orphans' Court on June 11, 2012, Executor has requested
authorization to sell the Truck and to apply its cash value to the claims against the Estate pursuant to 20
Pa.C.S.A.§ 33~ 1 (Petition).
9. Executor expects administration of the Estate to be completed within 30 days of the
Court's disposition of the Petition.
