the Order of the Commonwealth Court dated April 3, 2012 and the Legal Notice referred to
therein, and that on or about May 17, 2012, the said Legal Notice was posted in a prominent
place in the Office of the Register of Wills and that it remained so posted for at least two (2)
weeks thereafter.
