I represent the Estate of Paul S. Smith. Enclosed is a
prepayment made payable to the Register of Wills in the total
amount of $1,482.39, same constituting a prepayment at discount
on account of Pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the above-
captioned estate. The prepayment is determined as follows:
$34,675.89 multiplied by 4.5% or $1,560.42, less discount in the
amount of 5~S or $78.02, resulting in taxes due of $1,482.39.
Please provide me with the appropriate receipt in this matter.
It is expected that Kenneth P. Smith, Executor, will probate
the Last Will and Testament of Paul S. Smith.
