HomeMy WebLinkAbout06-14-12IN RE: IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF ESTATE OF EMILY ANNE SMOKER CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA An Alleged Incapacitated Person ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION NO. 21-12-0540 IN RE: FINAL DECREE ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 12th day of June, 2012, upon - consideration of the petition of Dawn M. Smoker to adjudicate an incapacitated person and appoint a plenary guardian of the person and estate with respect to Emily Anne Smoker, who will become an adult on August 21st, 2012, and who resides in Cumberland County at 104 Louisa Lane, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and following a hearing held this date at which the allegedly incapacitated person was present and was represented by Lisa M. Coyne, Esquire, and at which hearing evidence was presented by the Petitioner in support of the petition and based on the finding of facts contained in the accompanying opinion, the Court finds effective the 21st of August, 2012, that Emily A. Smoker is an incapacitated person. She is consequently adjudicated as such, and Dawn M. Smoker is appointed plenary guardian of her estate and person. No bond shall be required of the guardian. The guardian shall file on a timely basis with the Court all reports and accounts required by statute and shall seek court-ordered child support from father, John Smoker, V.
