V IN RE: MATTER OF VEHICLE TITLE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF REQUEST FOR 96SUZUKI GSX600f/ CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA KATANA : VIN # JS1 GN72A9T2103970 12-3717 CIVIL TERM ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this _ day of July, 2012, upon consideration of the Verified Request for Court Order for Vehicle Title, filed by Petitioner, Aaron Morrow, the court STAYS the instant proceeding and DIRECTS the following: (1) Petitioner shall advertise a legal notice at least once in the county legal journal and at least once per week for three consecutive weeks in the newspaper of general circulation where any person known to claim an interest in the vehicle be located and where the vehicle is located, if these two locations are different. Petitioner shall refer to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Lawyers Directory & Product Guide to determine the appropriate legal journal. The advertisement shall include the following: (a) A specific description of the vehicle, including year, make, mode, and Vehicle Identification Number; (b) The court of competent jurisdiction where an action has been filed; and (c) The time, date, and place of any court proceeding. (2) Upon completion of the above procedure, Petitioner shall seek an order from this court declaring him the rightful owner of the vehicle, at which point, PennDOT will issue a Certificate of Title to Petitioner upon receipt of the following: (a) A certified copy of the court order declaring Petitioner the owner of the vehicle; (b) Form MV-1, "Application for Certificate of Title," and a check or money order payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; and (c) Appropriate sales tax, title, and registration fees.
