DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 5th day of June, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters for Litigation Purposes Only filed by Eric Laverick for the Estate of Lisa M. Laverick,
deceased by and through his counsel, James R. Moyles, Esquire, IT IS HEREBY DECREED
that, in light of the Petitioner's limited need to obtain discoverable material relative to a potential
civil action, Limited Letters of Administration Pendente Lite are hereby issued to Eric Laverick
for the sole purpose of obtaining records, recordings and any other discoverable information or
materials from Safe Harbour of Carlisle and Sadler Health Center Corporation. The Personal
Representative shall have no authority to accept, manage or make any distribution of assets of
the Estate and is only empowered to obtain the records as noted above. Moreover, the Personal
Representative shall have no authority to begin any civil action. Letters of Administration
Pendente Lite shall expire 30 days from the date of issuance. No further action shall be taken by
the Personal Representative after the lapse of the Letters until he reappears before the Register of
Wills for a final hearing on his Petition, if necessary.
