Subject: Review and Audit of the Estate of D. Jean Boake
Edith Anita Boake, Executrix, has handled all the estate administration and the probate
procedures, the consolidation of the estate, the selling of the property and taxes for the
estate and has provided me a full accounting of the estate.
I have reviewed and audited all the information given to me by the Executrix. The estate
was handled properly, all the money and property have been accounted for and/or
consolidated into the estate account, and the previous minor distributions of the estate
have been handled correctly.
I release her of any personal liability concerning the estate of D. Jean Boake. I authorize
her to release the estate account for final distribution.
