Callaway, of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declaze this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me heretofore made. FIRST: I order and direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my hereinafter named Executor as soon after my death as may be found converrient. SECOND: I drrect that my son, Joseph G. Callaway, be given the opportunity to purchase at fair market value my residential real estate which is located in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and which is known and numbered as 10 iL 0 South Mazket Street, Mechanicsburg, PA. If my Executor and Joe can agree upon the fair market value, this shall establish the purchase price. If they cannot agree, then my Executor shall select a licensed real estate appraises, Joe shall select a licensed real estate appraiser, and these two appraisers shall select a thud licensed. real estate appraiser. The average of the three appraisals shall co~istitute the fair mazket value. After the fair mazket value has been established, Joe shall have thirty (30) days in which to decide whether he wishes to purchase the real estate, and ifhis decision is inthe affirmative, he shall have sixty (60) days thereafter in which to settle. The expense for all of the above cited appraisals shall be borne by the estate. THIRD: To my friend, Ronald Kiehl, I give my metal break. SIXTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatever. nature and wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death I give, devise and bequeath as follows: A. Nineteen (19%) percent to be divided equally among my grandchildren. If any grandchild has not yet reached eighteen (18) yeazs of age, I direct that his er her pazents hold the bequest in trust until the grandchild reaches eighteen (18) yeazs of age at which time the trust shall be termi~iated, and all funds in the trust shall be given to the grandchild forthwith.
