Enclosed please find Estate check number 136 in the amount of Seven Thousand Twenty-
nine and 75/100 Dollars ($7,029.75) for payment of inheritance tax estimated to be due in the
above-referenced estate. We were notified today that the Estate has been granted an extension of
time to December 13, 2012 to file the inheritance tax return. Please forward the receipt for this
payment of tax to our office in the enclosed envelope.
By way of further information, you are hereby notified that I am no longer associated
