given of the filing of the First and Final Account of Manufacturers and Traders
Trust Company of the Harold Finegold Revocable Inter Vivos Trust u/a dated
2/27/1995, as amended 5/9/1997, 10/7/2002 and 11!10/2004, and the First and Final
Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company of the Estate of Harold
Finegold, as annexed thereto pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. § 7799.1, and of the call
thereof for audit and no objections having been filed, the Accounts are each hereby
confirmed and distribution decreed in accordance with the proposed Schedules of
Distribution attached thereto. This is a Nisi Order which shall become absolute as
a matter of course unless written exceptions are filed within ten (10) days after xhe
date of filing hereof. ~
