NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within claim
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and/or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231,
as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, et se g., 53P.S. §7143, as amended.

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and/or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
nine hundred ninety two and 85/100 dollars ($992.85), plus costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is April 1, 2011 to June 30,
2012 on
Sewer Account 4777-0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of nine hundred ninety two and
85/100 dollars ($992.85), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

BEGINNING at a point on the Southern side of Patton Road which point is also the dividing
tine of Lots Nos. 10 and 11, Block D, on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along
the dividing line of Lots Nos. 10 and 24, Block D, on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots,
South 79 degrees 37 minutes West 98.19 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line of Lots
Nos. 10 and 25 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots North 61 degrees 37 minutes West
43.87 feet to a point; thence along the Western side of Lot No. 10, Block D, 141.39 feet to a
point on the Southern side of Patton Road; thence by an are curving to the left having a
radius of 175 feet an arc distance of 60.0 feet to a point, to the point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 10, Block D, on the final Plan of part of Blocks A,C,D,E,F, D and H,
Wynnewood Park as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 90,
Page 116.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a 25 foot building set buck line.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff of the County of
Cumberland by deed dated July 5, 1999 and recorded July 7, 1999 In the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County In Deed Book 203, Page 474, granted and
conveyed unto LaSalle National Bank, GRANTORS herein.

Together with all and singular the buildings improvements, ways, streets, alleys, driveways, passages,
waters, water-courses, fights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever unto the
hereby granted premises belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents,
issues, and profits thereof; and all die estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of
the said grantor, as well at taw as in equity, of, in and to die same.
To have and to hold the said lot or piece of ground described hereditaments and premises
hereby granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their heirs
and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, forever.
And the said Grantor, his heirs, executors and administrators do covenant, promise and agree, to and with
the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, by these presents, that the said Grantor and their heirs, all and
singular the hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be, with
appurtenances, unto die said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, against the said Grantor and their heirs, and
against all and every person and persons whosoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof,
by, from or under or any of them, shall and will
SPECIALLY WARRANT and forever DEFEND.
