NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County, -
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within claim
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and/or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231,
as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, et se g., 53P.S. §7143, as amended.
6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and/or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
six hundred and sixty three and 99/100 dollars ($663.99), plus costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is July 1, 2011 to June 30,
2012 on
Sewer Account 3407-0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of six hundred and sixty three and
99/100 dollars ($663.99), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 19th day of October , 1998
BETWEEN JAMES R. GEPHART SR. also known as JAMES R. GEPHART and GLENDA M.
GEPHART, husband and wife, of 102 N. Arch Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
17055, parties of the first part,
and
JAMES R. GEPHART SR. and GLENDA M. GEPHART, husband and wife, as tenants by
the entireties, of 102 N. Arch Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055,
parties of the second part,
WITNESSETB, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of TEN and 00/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), to them in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, confirm
and forever Quit Claim unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, FOREVER, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate and
being in the County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and
described as follows, to-wit:
All that certain lot of ground with the buildings thereon erected, situate on the east side or North
Arch Street, In the'ihW Ward of the Borough of Meohanicaburg. County of Cumberland and
State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beglnnhtg at a point on the east side of said Arch Street, which point is thirteen and fifty-five
hundredths (18.55) feet, more or less, northwardly from the northeast comer of North Arch and
East Allen Streets, and at center of frame partition wall between the house herein conveyed and
adjoining house on the south; thence eastwenily through the said partition wall. forty-two and
savw4enths (42.1) feet to a point at the and of said partition wait; thence continuing eastwardty
fifty Tour and three4enths (54.3) feet to a post at the right-of-way of the Pennsylvania Railroad;
thence northwandiy along said tine, nineteen and two-tenths (192) fact to a point; thence
westwardly along lot now or formerly of Frank S. Mumma, ninety-seven (07) fact to a post on
said Arch Street. and thence southwaaliy along Arch Street, twenty and fifteen hundredths
(20.15) feet, more at less, to the place of Beginning.
Being the same property conveyed to James R. Gephart and Glenda M.
Gephart by a deed from Mary Zeigler, dated 2-29-64 and recorded 4-
11-84 in the Recorder's Office of Cumberland County and referenced
as Book Q30, Page 9.

to the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns, tL
