AND NOW, this 21St day of June, 2012, upon consideration of the Motion for
Continuance filed by the Co-Administrator of the Marlin L. Marsh Estate Susan Ann
Kuhn, and following a telephone conference with Jason P. Kutulakis, Esquire, counsel for
Susan Ann Kuhn, and Marc Roberts, Esquire, counsel for the Estate of Marlin L. Marsh,
and upon the court's understanding that the discovery issues will be resolved amicably by
counsel, and it appearing to the court that the disposition of the underlying Petitions for
Removal of Co-Administrators would benefit from the granting of continuances of the
June 22, 2012 hearings, the Motion for Continuance is granted.
The hearings previously scheduled for June 22, 2012 are rescheduled for August 3,
2012, at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom Number 5, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
