AS CO-ADMINISTRATOR OF THE MARLIN MARSH ESTATE
RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND SCHEDULING ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 21St day of June, 2012, upon consideration of the Amended
Petition To Remove Judy Ann Estill as Co-Administrator of the Marlin Marsh Estate,
filed by Petitioner/Co-Administrator, Susan Ann Kuhn, a Rule is issued upon all
interested parties to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted.
A HEARING on the aforementioned petition shall be held concurrently with the
hearing on the Petition for Removal of Susan Ann Kuhn as Co-Administrator, scheduled
for August 3, 2012, at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom Number 5, Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
RULE RETURNABLE at least five days prior to the scheduled hearing.
