Notice of said hearing shall be published by the Petitioner, the Borough of Shippensburg, once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Cumberland County Law Journal and in a local newspaper of general circulation prior to the hearing. Additionally, Petitioner shall notify the Civic Club of Shippensburg and the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission of said hearing.
