the Petition for Leave to Resign as Administrator, filed by David L Johnson, in the above
matter, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED as follows:
1. The relief sought in the Petition is GRANTED. Petitioner is hereby given
leave to resign as administrator and his resignation is accepted.
2. The Register is hereby directed to amend the letters of administration
previously granted to remove Petitioner and she shall re-issue letters of administration
to Melissa A. Bobincheck alone.
3. Since Petitioner never had custody of any assets of the Estate, he shall
not be required to file an accounting in this matter. Melissa A. Bobincheck shall be
