Sale of Estate Asset Subject to Specific Bequest:
1. A rule is issued upon Betty Gingrich to show cause why the relief requested ought not
be granted;
2. the respondent shall file an answer to the petition within twenty (20) days of service;
3. the petition shall be decided under Pa. R.C.P. No. 206.7;
4. if an answer is filed, a hearing will be set on any disputed issues of fact at the request
of either party; and
5. notice of the entry of this order shall be provided to all parties by the petitioner.
