renounce my right'to administer the estate of Dorothy H. Grady and respectfully ask that Letters
Testamentary be issued to Walteen P. Truely, who is named Co-Executor in said Will.

I, DOROTHY H. GRADY of Albrightsville, Pennsylvania
18210, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament.
FIRST: I hereby revoke all other Wills, Codicils to
Wills and papers testamentary made by me at any time heretofore.
SECOND: I direct that all of my just debts and unpaid
funeral expenses (including the cost of an appropriate marker), if
any, be paid as soon as is practicable after my decease.
THIRD: I direct that all estate, inheritance and
succession taxes of every kind imposed by the laws of the United
States of America or by the laws of any State or Territory thereof
which shall be assessed against or which shall be payable in
respect to any property constituting a part of my gross taxable
estate, whether or not disposable by or passing under this my Will,
and all interest and penalties, if any, on or i.n respect to any
such taxes, shall be paid by my Executor as part of the
administration expenses of my estate and shall not be apportioned.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath the rest residue and

and wherever same may be located unto my children -dalteen P. Truely
and Walter A. Grady, Jr., in equal shares, share and share alike,
per atirpes.
FIFTH: Any share or part distributable to anyone who is
under' the age of twenty-three (23) years, shall not vest in such
person, but instead, I give, devise and bequeath the same to my
Trustees, in trust, to apply to the use of such person, at any time
and from time to time, so much or all of the income (accumulating
the balance, if any), so much or all of the accumulated income and
so much or all of the principal as my Trustee, iri his discretion,
deems advisable for the support, education, and welfare of such
person. My Trustee shall pay over any of the' then remaining
principal and accumulated income to such person upon said person
attaining the age of twenty-three (23) years. If said person dies
before attaining said age, then upon such person's death, the
principal and interest of said trust shall be paid to her estate.
SI3GTH: Without limitations of the powers which are now
or may hereafter be conferred by law upon executors, my Executor
with respect to my estate, and each other fund (whether composed of
principal or accumulated income) held or administered hereunder

time and from the time to time until final distribution and
settlement of my estate by this my Will shall have been completed:

(a) To sell at public or private sale, to exchange for
other property of any kind, and t:o lease for any
term the character authorized by any law for the
investment of estate or trust funds, any property
received on any such exchange and any evidence of
indebtedness or interest resulting from any such
sale or lease;
(b) To exercise, at such times and in such manners
as he shall deem appropriate any rights or
elections available to him under the provisions of
the Internal Revenue Code of any tax laws,
including without being limited t:o, the power to
make such decisions as he may deem appropriate in
all the circumstances (regardless of whether or not
the decision in a particular case may be the most
advantageous one from the point of view of my
estate as an entity), in respect to the claiming of
expenses or other items and deductions for estate
tax purposes, the filing of a joint income, gift,
or other tax returns and the amount of any tax
collection of any refunds owed to any such returns
and, in connection with the foregoing to make such
adjustments or transfers, if any, as between
principal account, and income account as he in his
absolute discretion, shall deem equitable;
(c) To adjust, settle or compromise any claim of any
nature in favor of or against my estate or any fund
held hereunder;
(d) To employ legal counsel, investment: counsel,
brokers custodians, accountants, and other agents
Who are employees and to determine: and pay to them
such compensation as my Executor shall deem
advisable.
SE~XENTH: Any person who shall die within thirty (30)
days of my death, or in a common disaster with me, or under such
circumstances that it is difficult or impossible to determine which
dies first, shall be deemed to have predeceased me.

EIGHTH: I direct that my said Executor a.nd Trustee shall
serve without bond or security.
NINTH: I hereby appoint Walteen P. Truely and Walter A.
Grady, Jr, as Co-Executors of my Will. In the event that a Co-
Executor shall be unable to act or any reason, the remaining
Executor shall continue to serve solely.

this as my Last Will and Testament in the presence of the persons
