GESSNER and PEGGY S. GESSNER made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book 1848, Page 1943.
