David R. Fine and Beth Campbell Fine consent to their appointment as
guardians of the person and estate of Kenneth Campbell Fine as requested in the
attached petition. They aver the following:

able to speak, read and write the English language.
2. Neither of them intends to apply for an allowance for the
support or education of Kenneth Campbell Fine during his minority.
